I left SHS at the end of summer '75 and moved to Somerset to attend a co-ed sixth form - Aaaaaghhh - how I missed my school and friends. I did go to look at the old school once but it wasn't there - I was so excited driving down the motorway, up the Bath Road, past the chippy where we went "illegally" some lunchtimes, past the bus-stop where we caused chaos each 3.45pm and left into Twinches Lane - "oh my goodness" - silence ensued. My school wasn't there! Would love to get in touch with my old friends.
